Birth Prep Tea
Nourishing herbal support to help prepare the physical body for birth by strengthening the uterus, regulating blood pressure, and supporting kidney and liver health. All herbs are organically grown and sustainably harvested. Suggested use for optimal support is 1-2 cups per day beginning at 16 weeks gestation until birth.
As a doula, one of my primary goals prenatally is to help mothers prevent pregnancy complications like gestational hypertension and pre eclampsia that can cause their birth to be medicalized, while also preventing and treating pregnancy discomforts like swelling and fluid retention, heart burn, nausea, fatigue, and mineral deficiency. I have found through my studies how powerful herbs can be for these ailments and created a tea to specifically target all of the above!
